We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

How do I return?

Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us your ticket in your account via support@slowplayglobal.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

Once you have received our confirmation and instructions about how to return your item(s), place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
Drop off your package at the local post office.
Upon receipt of your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 15 days of receipt.

However, please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
• we have the discretion to charge a restocking fee up to 10% of the order price.
• returned items must not be worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
• we do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
• we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.

Please note that the return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders are processed in the sequence they are received, typically within 48 hours. We prioritize processing and shipping your order promptly, so once an order is submitted, it cannot be altered. Please note that we won't be able to choose which delivery service provider will handle each order. Assignment of carriers is based on the shipping address. After leaving our warehouse, our standard shipping service typically delivers your order within 4-14 business days, barring holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances. Due to factors beyond our control, we can't guarantee delivery times. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $79.

For orders $79 and under, a flat shipping rate of $5.00 applies.

1- We ship to all orders within the 48 contiguous United States, (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). The full list of states we currently ship to is as follows:

2- For all orders within Europe (except all remote islands). The full list of countries we currently ship to includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

3- Delivery is available throughout the United Kingdom.

4- Delivery is available throughout Canada, (excluding Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).

5- For all orders within Japan, delivery is available everywhere except Okinawa and other remote islands.

6- Shipping services are not available to the following postcodes in Australia: 2898, 2899, 4875, 6798, and 6799. We recommend contacting us before placing an order.
